We are now seeking a Site Manager for our facilities in Helsingborg, Önnestad, Olofström, and Osby where, based out of Helsingborg, you will become part of a team including process technicians, pump operators, drivers, and workshop staff who together produce and deliver concrete to our customers in northern Scania and Blekinge and surrounding areas. At the same time, you will be involved in the development of a new facility in Helsingborg. About the Position You work close to operations to drive it forward together and optimize production and our resources. You practice unpretentious leadership where through engagement and inclusion, you create alignment and contribute to all team members collaborating to achieve our common goals. You will receive support and an introduction to succeed in the role. With us in northern Scania and Blekinge, you will become part of a helpful team where collaboration and safety are in focus. We have a good atmosphere and support each other in our daily work. You report to Christopher Andersson, who practices coaching leadership and values open communication and personal development. Your primary responsibilities include: Leading, planning, and directing daily production. Following up on results and contributing to the business achieving its goals. Responsibility for resource planning, productivity, and cost optimization. Operational personnel responsibility, which includes participation in recruitment, compensation setting, etc. Work environment responsibility and environmental responsibility according to established regulations. Developing good and long-term customer relationships. Planning repairs and maintenance needs. You are a sounding board and contact person for both external and internal customers and suppliers. We believe you have a university or secondary education with relevant focus. We see that you ideally have a background in a previous supervisory position and that you have experience from one or more of the following areas: financial responsibility for results, project or process management, knowledge of concrete, distribution, or other relevant experience. A Class B driver's license is required. The position is full-time with placement in Helsingborg or Önnestad. Start date by agreement.
