Your main responsibilities: We are looking for someone with experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on earthwork and who has previously worked with project management. As a site manager with us, you will be responsible for driving our local infrastructure projects from startup to completion together with our skilled workers and project supervisors. As a site manager at Peab, your main work tasks will include: Personnel and financial responsibility. Work environment responsibility, environmental responsibility, and safety responsibility within your projects. Identify business opportunities and secure them with good profitability. Qualifications and desired competence: We are looking for someone with relevant university or vocational education within infrastructure or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the industry. Corresponding experience from similar roles in other companies is a merit. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Driver's license category B. Good computer skills and knowledge of production administration. Personal qualities: We are looking for someone with practical leadership experience who enjoys the leadership role. You have a genuine interest in the industry and it is important to you to constantly develop yourself and your team. As a leader, you demonstrate good judgment even under time pressure and you follow up on the commitments on your plate.
