Here you will have a central role where you are responsible for operational activities, lead technicians in their daily work, and ensure that the company continues to deliver high quality within refrigeration and heat pumps. The role is both strategic and operational, where you lead daily operations while driving development forward. You are responsible for resource planning, work leadership, project implementation and follow-up, and ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, certifications, and industry standards. You are part of Chiller Sweden's management group and serve as the link between local operations and the group. In close collaboration with technicians, project management, and other functions, you work to ensure high technical quality, efficient processes, and good customer satisfaction. You also have a central role in matters concerning quality, qualifications, and technical expertise. Examples of job tasks: Manage daily operational activities within service, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs Lead, plan, and allocate work for technicians and resources Drive own projects from start to handover Ensure compliance with certifications, regulatory requirements, and safety regulations Participate in Chiller Sweden's management group and contribute to business development Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Solid experience in service, troubleshooting, and installation within refrigeration and/or heat pumps Experience in work management, project management, or personnel responsibility Good technical understanding of refrigeration systems and heat pump systems Driver's license category B Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with financial follow-up and reporting Experience from a leadership role within refrigeration contracting or service operations Personal refrigeration certificate To succeed in this role, we believe you are a confident and experienced person who is comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions.
