About the Position As Facility Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the facility. You lead the team, develop the business, and ensure that our members have a positive experience. The position is full-time with varying working hours, including some evenings. The position is at 100% Your main responsibilities: * Personnel management and scheduling * Active daily work with leads via our CRM system * Daily work with sales, both via phone and in-person meetings at the facility * Responsibility for group training, and as a coach introduce members to our Milon training. * Member service and sales of merchandise * Planning and implementing activities and events * Daily cleaning and ensuring that the facilities are fresh, tidy, and welcoming We are looking for you as: ⁃ Love juggling many things and see opportunities and challenges where others see problems.
