Site Manager for KAJSAS I TULLEN KAJSAS I TULLEN is seeking an experienced and responsible site manager who wants to work at Hornstulls Strand on Södermalm. About Us KAJSAS I TULLEN is located at Hornstulls Strand on Södermalm. At KAJSAS, we prepare our own food with a focus on quality and fine ingredients. As a site manager, you work in a tight and supportive team with a wide range of hot food such as hamburgers, sausages and grilled sandwiches as well as coffee, beer, wine and drinks. We work in a family-oriented environment where personality, care, and team cohesion are just as important as the quality of the food and service. About the Role As a site manager, you become a central part of the operation and are responsible for daily operations. You will receive thorough training from the current operations manager and grow in the role step by step. Your responsibilities include: Lead and support the team in daily work Alcohol service and responsibility according to applicable regulations Cash and service work Food preparation and quality control Opening and closing Maintain order, structure, and good kitchen hygiene Ordering, delivery management, and returns Working with a holistic perspective and following the operation's needs Work hours: Varying shifts between 09:00–00:30. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who: Has at least 7 years of experience in restaurants, service, or fast food Has previous experience with summer establishments, seasonal restaurants, or similar operations Has previous experience as a head waiter Has previous experience with alcohol service and responsibility Has excellent organizational and multitasking skills Is stress-resistant and thrives in a fast-paced environment Is confident in a leadership role and motivated by creating quality at all levels Is thorough, efficient, and service-oriented Contributes to the team with positive energy and professional conduct With us, you need to be both responsible and unpretentious – we help each other and work closely together.
