Job Description
In the role of platform engineer, you have overall responsibility for the technical platform that enables development, training, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models in production.
You ensure that the infrastructure is scalable, automated, and meets high standards for security, compliance, and reliability.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Build, further develop, and manage ML and AI infrastructure.
- Ensure automation through CI/CD pipelines for AI and ML solutions.
- Work with container-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Integrate and manage cloud services such as Azure and/or AWS, according to current requirements and guidelines.
- Optimize and manage computing resources (CPU/GPU) in a cost- and energy-efficient manner.
- Support model versioning, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
- Ensure that security, regulatory compliance, and information classification are a natural part of the platform.
About You
Experience in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure work (for example, data pipelines).
Good knowledge of container technology, such as Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience working in cloud environments (for example, Azure, AWS).
Good ability to collaborate and communicate in cross-functional teams.
Interest in or experience with AI, ML, and MLOps.
You have a higher education degree in IT or equivalent experience.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
Meritorious
- Experience with AI or data platforms.
- Knowledge of security, information classification, or regulatory requirements.
