Platform Engineer for Technology Company Wanted!

We are currently seeking a Platform Engineer on behalf of our client for their internal IT organization. About the Role You will work as a Platform Engineer in a smaller, cross-functional team in an agile structure. The role involves contributing with both technical development and knowledge sharing within the team. You will also participate in automation, testing, and establishing QA processes to ensure the highest quality standards in deliverables. The work takes place within an innovative project with a focus on new technology to future-proof the business. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams and business areas to ensure requirement fulfillment and management of technical interfaces. You will have the opportunity to influence and help develop solutions from concept to production. Work is done in sprints with a focus on delivering value incrementally. Examples of Work Tasks: Evaluate and document technical solutions and products Implement and package deliverables Work with FinOps Contribute to automation, testing, and establishing QA processes The work takes place in an environment with high regulatory requirements and encompasses several international compliance frameworks such as NIST, NIS2, and other security standards. We Are Looking for You Who Have approximately 3-6 years of experience in the field. Have experience with cloud technology such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Have experience working with containers and Kubernetes. Are a team player with good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Have a strong desire to continuously develop and thrive in an environment that encourages creativity and innovative thinking. Desirable Competencies: Experience with cloud computing services. Understanding of networking and application load balancing. Experience with Open source / FOSS. Experience with IaC tools. Experience with any of the following programming languages: Rust, Golang, Java, C# / C++. Other Information: The team works primarily remotely with support of virtual tools, but some physical presence may be required for team days or as needed. Flexibility exists to work from different offices or hubs depending on geographical location. The position requires that you undergo and pass current security clearance requirements, which in some cases may include security classification requirements and specific citizenship requirements. Selection is ongoing and the assignment may be filled before the final application deadline.
