About the Role As Store Manager, you have full responsibility for operations in Lidköping, which includes overall operations, budget, and personnel responsibility. You lead an engaged team and work both strategically and operatively to reach ambitious goals. Your daily work is characterized by business development, customer relationships, and creating a store that delivers the best possible customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include: - Drive sales with existing customers and acquire new customers. - Ensure sales targets and plan and implement sales strategies. - Analyze sales data. - Budget management and monthly follow-up. - Ensure high standards in the store and excellent customer service quality. - Lead and allocate work in the store. - Develop employees and ensure everyone works according to our values: knowledge, service, passion, and quality. Your Profile To succeed as a Store Manager, you need good local knowledge of Södertälje and surrounding areas and a broad network you can use to create business and build relationships. We believe you are communicative, responsible, and organized, with solid self-confidence and a positive mindset—you see solutions where others see problems. It is advantageous if you have industry experience with work apparel and branded products, and we would like you to speak Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
