About the Position In our restaurant environment at Plantis, service, efficiency, and strong teamwork go hand in hand. As an experienced professional in the industry, you will play an important role during our busy lunch services, evenings, and weekends. You ensure that the flow in the dining room runs perfectly and that our guests always receive the absolute best experience. We place great emphasis on team collaboration and are looking for someone who enjoys working together with both floor colleagues and the kitchen team. Your main responsibilities: Serving & Guest Relations: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and create a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with colleagues during your shift so that work in the dining room flows smoothly and efficiently. Maintenance of Service: Manage the ongoing operations of the restaurant during your shift – ensure that areas are clean, tables are set, and everything is neat and comfortable for guests. We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in serving or similar restaurant work. Is a team player through and through who values good teamwork highly. Is efficient, stress-resistant, and has a natural feel for service, even when the pace is high. Is seeking flexible extra work as needed during daytime, evenings, and weekends.
