Sherwin-Williams is seeking an engaged, business-driven, and results-oriented Plant Manager with overall responsibility for operations at Bellö and warehouse operations at Nässjö. As Plant Manager, you will have a central role in ensuring safe, efficient, and competitive operations. You lead with focus on safety, quality, delivery precision, productivity, and profitability – and create the right conditions for people, materials, equipment, and processes to deliver the best possible results together. Your Responsibilities You lead and develop the production team through clear, engaged, and present leadership. You build a culture where safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvements are central and where employees are given the opportunity to grow and contribute to the success of the business. Your role includes, among other things: Responsibility for overall operations at Bellö and warehouse operations at Nässjö. Drive and develop safety work and ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Monitor, analyze, and improve results within production, quality, cost, and delivery. Develop efficient work methods such as Lean, TQM, and JIT, and actively identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Responsible for production planning, material flows, and efficient coordination with supply chain. Initiate and lead improvement and investment projects that strengthen capacity, quality, and efficiency. Ensure good financial development and monitor and report operational and financial results. Build long-term strong relationships with employees, colleagues, customers, and external partners. Your Profile We are looking for someone with leadership experience in manufacturing industry and who is motivated to develop both people and business. You thrive in a role where technology, production, economics, and business go hand in hand and where you have the opportunity to turn ideas and analyses into concrete results. We would like to see that you have: Higher education in engineering or equivalent relevant qualifications. Experience in factory operations, production equipment, and operational leadership. Experience from the chemical industry is a plus. Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and methods for systematic improvement work. Good financial and commercial understanding and experience working toward clear goals and key performance indicators. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify improvement opportunities and turn insights into concrete actions. Excellent Swedish and English in speech and writing and good skills in Excel. As a person, you are clear, engaged, and solution-oriented. You build trust, communicate well, and bring people with you. You have the ability to switch between the strategic perspective and day-to-day operations and thrive in a dynamic, development-oriented, and results-driven environment.
