You contribute to ensuring our planning processes run smoothly by taking responsibility for administrative tasks, coordination, and document management, as well as being an important contact point for both internal and external stakeholders. You work with: · Coordinating and administering planning processes, including registration, documentation, and distribution. · Managing invoicing, cost allocation, and other financial follow-up. · Ensuring that documents are properly recorded and that information is correct and accessible. · Developing and streamlining our administration in collaboration with colleagues The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in planning and urban development activities and offers a varied workday with many contact points.
