Your role We are now recruiting a planner/coordinator for the Media Central in Malmberget, which is an entirely new role at the workplace. The operational area encompasses ventilation, district heating, compressed air, and all HVAC installations in buildings and above-ground production facilities. As a planner/coordinator, you will play a central role in our operations. Your day-to-day work will consist of planning and coordinating daily operational and maintenance activities to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will work in a team consisting of service technicians and operational personnel within HVAC. You will be out in the field to review the work in advance to gain an understanding of what the work entails. After that, you will plan for the personnel and ensure that necessary materials are available on time. It is important to work with safety awareness and conduct risk analyses to minimize potential hazards. Another part of your work involves coordinating and maintaining contact with external and internal suppliers and contractors. You will be the link that ensures all parties are informed and that work proceeds according to plan. Together with the maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for documenting all maintenance activities in our maintenance system, which is crucial for us to be able to follow up on and improve our processes. In addition to this, you participate in certain project work. What you bring with you We see that you as an applicant enjoy taking responsibility and working independently. You are solution-oriented and have a good ability to prioritize. Secondary education focused on HVAC, building management or equivalent experience is a requirement Category B driver's license with manual transmission Good command of Swedish in speech and writing At least three years of experience working with HVAC installations and/or troubleshooting on media systems We look forward to your application!
