The position is placed within the Care and Social Services Administration, which is one of eight administrations in Linköping Municipality. The Care and Social Services Administration is responsible for the municipality's elderly care, health and medical care, authority exercising, procurement of services, and conducts care and social services in-house. Your Tasks We are now looking for a nursing assistant or care aide with planning responsibility for Tannefors Safety Housing and Home Care. In this role, you are responsible for the daily planning of services and staff, with a focus on ensuring our customers receive the right support and that operations run efficiently. Planning takes place in the planning system Welfare and includes work with routes and staffing based on operational needs. The position primarily involves planning work, but you are also expected to be able to work in home care when needed. It is therefore important that you have a good understanding of the operation's daily activities and can serve as a support to colleagues in daily work. You have many contact points and work closely with care personnel, nurses, and your manager. Your Workplace Tannefors Safety Housing and Home Care is centrally located, with proximity to Linköping city center. The safety housing consists of approximately 35 apartments, a restaurant, and a well-visited meeting point. You will be a central point for our five close-knit work teams where we help each other reach our goals. You will have a safe and focused workplace in your own office located near the operation for smooth collaboration with staff. Work hours are Monday–Friday daytime. Evening and holiday work may become relevant in the future. About You We are looking for someone with approved upper secondary education and experience working in care, support, and social services. It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant and/or have education in logistics. Experience from home care and previous work with planning is also an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. Since cycling is used in daily work, it is a requirement that you can ride a bike, and we see it as desirable if you also have a B driving license. As a person, you work well with others. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. Furthermore, you are accommodating and have interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. You show courage in difficult situations and stand by what has been said and dare to speak up. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work and easily adapt to changing circumstances.
