Your Future Challenge As an employee in the Planning Department, you will handle incoming customer requests for booking, rebooking, or cancellations. For more complex customer requests, this is done in consultation with the rest of the department, which consists of the planning manager and deputy planning manager. The role also includes compiling statistics regarding, for example, tests carried out, late cancellations, and rebookings. You will also manage and document matters in accordance with security protection legislation. The Planning Department also participates in customer meetings where we meet both national and international customers, which means meetings can be held in both Swedish and English. The work may also include other tasks within the organization. Swedish citizenship. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious experience: Experience with planning work within the defense industry. Industrial experience, preferably from operations with high demands on quality and safety.
