Your Responsibilities
You lead and drive detailed planning processes from start to finish and are responsible for balancing different interests and making complex assessments based on legislation and the city's strategic goals. Both independently and together with colleagues, you prepare detailed plans and associated documents such as plan maps and plan descriptions. Your ability to communicate and collaborate is important. The work includes extensive contact and cooperation with developers, consultants, other departments, and citizens. You facilitate consultation meetings and present your cases to the Building Committee.
Your Competence
We are looking for someone with higher education, such as a planning architect, and who has a strong interest in urban planning. You have good knowledge of PBL (Planning and Building Act), the Environmental Code, and in constructing detailed plans. It is an advantage if you have good skills in sketch work and design as well as in the systems Focus detailed plan, GIS, and Autocad, and if you have experience working with municipal physical planning. You understand complex written materials and produce your own high-quality texts in Swedish. In meetings with others, you speak clearly and engagedly, both in small meetings and during large presentations. At the same time, you are receptive to others' knowledge and ideas.

During the interview, you will need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a certificate of citizenship together with an ID document.
