Carlos-Mina AB is seeking an experienced and dedicated pizza baker for our restaurant in Stockholm. We are looking for someone with experience working in a restaurant kitchen who can be responsible for preparing pizza and other Italian dishes such as pasta dishes. You should have good knowledge of ingredients, preparation, and cooking according to the restaurant's quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and cook pizzas according to the restaurant's procedures and recipes Prepare and cook pasta dishes and other simple Italian dishes Prepare dough, sauces, ingredients, and other raw materials Ensure high quality food and consistent standards Operate kitchen equipment and follow hygiene and safety procedures Keep the workplace clean and organized Collaborate with other staff in the restaurant We are looking for someone who: Has documented experience as a pizza baker Has experience with Italian cooking and pasta dishes Is meticulous, responsible, and accustomed to a fast-paced work environment Can work independently and together with others We offer a stable workplace with the possibility of long-term employment for the right person.
