No. 40900009064 invites applications for a Preschool Education Teacher position Work Location: Elizabetes Street 4, Liepāja Employment Contract: Fixed-term Work Load: 0.9 full-time equivalent – 36 hours per week Salary: 1566 EUR per full-time equivalent (gross) Requirements for Candidates: • Appropriate education acquired in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers regulations regarding the education and professional qualifications required for pedagogues and the procedures for professional development; • ability to plan, conduct, and analyze your own work; • sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to justify decisions made; • ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; • ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance; • teamwork skills; • skills in working with information and communication technologies. Job Duties: • organize the educational process by implementing preschool education guidelines; • plan and conduct play-based learning activities, provide support to learners according to their abilities and needs; • create a developmental learning environment and methodological materials; • work in the online information system; • be responsible for the safety, life, and health of learners by ensuring their security; • cooperate with learners' parents, group and institution staff, and other duties in accordance with the job description.
