REQUIREMENTS:
higher pedagogical education and corresponding subject qualification (can be a final-year student);
psychological resilience and high communication skills;
knowledge of teaching and educational work content and teaching methodology;
ability to plan and organize your own work and students' work in accordance with the institution's goals and objectives; strong collaboration skills when working with children, parents, and colleagues;
creativity and high sense of responsibility;
state language proficiency at the highest level;
ability to work in a team;
ability to work with office equipment and information technology.
MAIN JOB DUTIES:
plan, organize, and conduct pedagogical work with students in a group in accordance with the preschool education program's goals and objectives;
create a development-oriented positive collaborative environment;
analyze and assess students' acquired knowledge and skills.
