Main Job Duties: Implement the preschool education program, ensuring a quality pedagogical process, taking into account each child's age, health status, development, and individuality, preparing learners for successful primary education. Plan and implement pedagogical work in accordance with the preschool education program implemented at the institution, the institution's regulations, and the main annual tasks set. Ensure learners' adaptation in the educational institution and cooperate with parents of learners at the institution. Improve the institution's developmental environment and methodological resources necessary for performing work duties. Regularly improve your own education and professional qualifications. Other work duties in accordance with the job description and director's orders. Participate in organizing and preparing events and concerts. Requirements for Candidates: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations; excellent knowledge of the Latvian language; ability to plan, organize, and perform work with high quality; sense of responsibility, discipline, accuracy, ability to justify decisions made or actions taken; ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance; ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; ability to use the latest teaching methods in work; computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and internet browsers) and interactive tools. Experience working with children in a preschool education institution will be considered a priority; high sense of responsibility.
