Ability to plan, organize, and qualitatively perform your work; Sense of responsibility, discipline, precision; Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance; Ability to establish business cooperation with education institution employees, students, their parents, and employees of other institutions; Ability to work with office equipment and IT tools; Additional skills - experience working with children in a preschool education institution. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the preschool education program, ensuring a high-quality pedagogical process, taking into account each child's age, health status, development, and individuality, preparing students for successful primary education; Plan and implement pedagogical work in accordance with the preschool education program implemented at the institution, the institution's regulations, and the main annual objectives set; Improve the institution's developing environment and methodological base necessary for performing your work; Analyze children's achievements and familiarize parents with them; Regularly improve your education and professional qualifications.
