Duties:
Ensure a quality preschool education process, promoting comprehensive child development, socialization, and preparation for further learning.
1. Plan, organize, and implement teaching and educational processes in accordance with the preschool education program and individual child needs.
2. Promote intellectual, emotional, social, language, physical, and creative development of children.
3. Create a safe, inclusive, and developmentally supportive learning environment.
4. Ensure compliance with child safety, health, and security requirements in groups, during walks, and at events.
5. Regularly observe child development, evaluate achievements, and document results according to institutional requirements.
6. Prepare teaching materials, didactic resources, and organize developmental play-based activities.
7. Promote child independence, collaboration skills, positive behavior, and healthy lifestyle habits.
8. Collaborate with parents or legal guardians, providing information about child development and learning achievements.
9. Collaborate with educational institution management, teachers, support staff, and other institutions in the children's interests.
10. Participate in pedagogical meetings, methodological work, institutional event organization, and other professional activities.
11. Comply with occupational health and safety, fire safety, hygiene, and data protection requirements.
12. Regularly improve professional qualifications and stay informed of changes in education sector regulations.
Requirements:
Higher education in pedagogy, elementary or preschool teacher qualification, or at least 72 hours of professional development in preschool content and didactics.
Child protection rights training courses.
Educational training courses.
State language proficiency at C2 level.
Family physician health certificate.
