Join our team! Valmiera preschool education institution "Vālodzīte" invites a preschool education teacher (1 position or 40 hours per week) for an indefinite period. Work address: Smiltenes iela 10, Valmiera, Valmieras novads. If you have the desire to: • conduct analysis of learners' developmental dynamics; • plan and organize creative pedagogical processes; • collaborate with learners' parents and colleagues; • make appropriate records in planning and accounting documentation in accordance with requirements; and if you have: • education and professional development for educators in accordance with regulatory requirements (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Educators and the Procedure for Professional Competence Development of Educators"); • compliance with the requirements set by the Education Law and the Child Rights Protection Law; • state language proficiency in accordance with the State Language Law requirements; • competencies: positive, creative and responsible attitude toward work; psychological resilience and high interpersonal communication skills; sense of responsibility and high sense of duty; we offer: • salary EUR 1566.00 per month before tax payment for full-time work; • employer co-financed health insurance after the probation period ends, as well as other social guarantees/benefits in accordance with work results and regulatory requirements; • creative and interesting work in a responsive and friendly team; • professional development opportunities and growth opportunities; • safe, aesthetic and well-maintained work environment.
