Ādažu novada preschool education institution "Strautiņš" is inviting applications for a Preschool Education Teacher on a fixed-term basis
Position Purpose: to plan, organize, and conduct preschool education content instruction.
Requirements for Candidates:
higher pedagogical education and teacher-speech therapist qualification, or higher education and speech therapist or audiologist qualification, in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 569;
excellent command of the state language;
ability to independently plan and organize work execution when working with students, their parents, and colleagues;
sense of responsibility, discipline, precision, ability to justify decisions made or actions taken;
communication skills, ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance.
Key Responsibilities:
implement the preschool education program;
plan pedagogical work in accordance with the preschool education institution's regulations and main work directions;
organize educational activities to develop students' physical and intellectual abilities and promote social relationships;
upgrade professional qualifications;
evaluate and analyze pedagogical work.
Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
