PRESCHOOL MUSIC TEACHER
1 full-time position for an indefinite period
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Higher education in pedagogy (in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Professional Development of Pedagogues") with a qualification as a music teacher or a student in a higher education music teacher program;
- Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, etc.);
- Good communication skills and cooperation abilities;
- Ability to plan and organize your work;
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy;
- Ability to plan your work according to priorities.
WORK LOCATION: Rubeņu Street 2A, Salaspils, "Seventh Kindergarten"
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, and implement your pedagogical work in accordance with the goals set by the Institution and the preschool education program, respecting the needs, experience, thinking style, and abilities of learners;
- Develop and submit a thematic plan of pedagogical work, participate in the development of curriculum programs;
- Plan and organize music classes for each group 2 (two) times per week in accordance with the list of music classes (subjects) approved by the Institution, ensuring the mastery of music education content;
- Create a methodological material base for classes and other events at the institution and be responsible for the use and storage of music equipment;
- Use various methodological approaches (methods, forms of work organization) and diverse materials in your work;
- Plan and organize events (holidays, thematic afternoons, fun activities, and other activities) in cooperation with Institution pedagogues, evaluate events, and work with teachers to develop scenarios for holidays and other events.
