Job location: Puķu iela 8, Dobele
Main job responsibilities:
· plan, organize, and conduct music classes for children aged 1.5 to 7 years;
· promote children's musical development: sense of rhythm, singing skills, movement coordination, listening skills;
· introduce children to the basic elements of music, various musical instruments, and genres;
· create educational materials and creative activities using music, movement, improvisation, and play;
· prepare children for celebrations, concerts, and performances (repertoire selection, staging, rehearsals);
· collaborate with group teachers and parents, ensuring a unified approach to child development;
· provide a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive environment;
· maintain documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements;
· participate in pedagogical meetings, methodological work, and professional development activities.
Requirements for candidates:
· pedagogical education with a specialization in music or professional music education with a preschool teacher qualification;
· desirable experience working with preschool-age children;
· ability to plan and organize your work;
· psychological resilience;
· excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward work;
· valid family doctor certificate (form U-27);
Good knowledge of Latvian language.
