WE INVITE APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION: Preschool Education Methodologist at 1.0 full-time equivalent Profession code: 2351 06 REQUIREMENTS: Higher pedagogical education (qualification or bachelor's degree in preschool education); State language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with the State Language Law; Three years of pedagogical work experience in preschool; Knowledge of state preschool education guidelines and programs; Desire for continuous self-education and to inspire other teachers to do the same in accordance with the latest trends; Knowledge of regulatory acts governing the field of education and orientation in them; Pedagogical process organization using differentiation approaches and competence-based teaching methods; Sense of responsibility, discipline, ability to independently make and implement decisions; Psychological resilience and high communication culture, cooperation and public speaking skills; Information and communication technology skills. MAIN DUTIES OF THE POSITION: Plan and manage the educational institution's activities in the field of education, implement the preschool education program, organize and coordinate teachers' work, ensure methodological guidance of the educational process; Participate in the development of regulatory acts governing the internal procedures of the educational institution and ensure their compliance; Participate in the preparation and organization of pedagogical council meetings; Develop a pedagogical work plan, participate in the creation of the educational institution's development plan; Develop a methodological work and pedagogical events plan and ensure its implementation; Ensure methodological work and quality management of the educational institution; In cooperation with teachers, analyze and evaluate the educational process and its results; Plan your work and provide reports in accordance with your competence; Plan and inform teachers about professional competence development opportunities; Care for the quality of learning environment and educational process; Provide methodological support to new teachers; Investigate and compile the latest pedagogical insights and promote the institution's best pedagogical practices; Regularly perform data entry, maintenance, and evaluation of teacher records in the E-class system; Comply with the educational institution's established work procedures and other binding regulatory acts and ethical standards; Evaluate teachers' work.
