No. 4312903724 Skolas iela 3, Zaķumuiža, Ropažu pag., Ropažu novads, LV-2133 Phone: 67958380 invites to join our team PRESCHOOL EDUCATION METHODOLOGIST (Profession code 2351 06) Key duties: • Plan, organize, and coordinate methodological work in the preschool education stage; • Provide pedagogical staff with methodological support in planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching and educational processes; • Observe and analyze the pedagogical process, provide educators with professional feedback; • Lead pedagogical collaboration and learning work groups, professional development activities; • Develop, improve, and systematize methodological materials; • Follow current developments in preschool education content, methodology, and regulatory framework; • Participate in the development and updating of documents regulating educational process organization; • Promote inclusive, child-centered, and developmentally supportive pedagogical processes; • Promote continuity between preschool and primary education; • Participate in educational institution work planning, self-evaluation, and implementation of development priorities. Requirements for candidates: • Pedagogical education in accordance with regulatory requirements; • At least three years of pedagogical work experience in the preschool education stage; • In-depth knowledge of preschool education content and methodology; • Desired experience in organizing or coordinating methodological work; • Desired experience in providing professional support to educators, leading work groups or teaching groups; • Good collaboration, communication, and digital skills; • State language proficiency at the highest level. We offer: • 0.25 work load per week; • Monthly salary EUR 447.50 before tax deductions; • Health insurance after the probation period.
