Mölndal Cultural School is a creative, forward-thinking operation that reaches approximately 1,700 children in music, dance, theater, visual arts, and film. We have a well-developed choir and orchestra program and extensive collaboration with schools and preschools. We want to be a meeting place where children and young people's cultural expression develops and gains visibility and a place in the city's cultural life. Therefore, performance activities are a natural part of students' education. Our staff consists of approximately 60 teachers plus management and administrative personnel.
We work strategically with school development through student participation and exploratory teaching. There we challenge our approaches and work methods to continuously develop meaningful activities. The Cultural School's teachers work in different groups, teams, and contexts, both subject-based, cross-artistically, and in various collaborations with activities outside the cultural school.
The Cultural School's management is the hub of the city's Cultural Guarantee, which is a cross-administrative collaboration where all children ages 3-16 receive professional cultural experiences and activities with creative participation each year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Piano instruction in group and individual settings for ages 9-19. You will be part of our piano team.
This position is a temporary assignment at 30% during Fall 2026.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a music teacher education with piano as the main instrument or who has an artistic music education at university level in piano with pedagogical specialization.
Teaching experience is desired. We contact applicants continuously during the application period.

Duration: Start date: 2026-08-24 or by agreement, End date: 2026-12-18.
