Personal assistant needed for new client in Hällestad – daytime with dual staffing

Omsorgsgruppen is now seeking personal assistants for a new male client living in Hällestad.
Please note that strong English skills are a requirement for the position, as communication takes place in English. Knowledge of German is highly desirable.
The client has extensive care needs and requires support with all personal care and daily living activities. The work is always performed with dual staffing during daytime, meaning you and another assistant will work together during shifts.
This is a role for you who appreciate structure, calm, and continuity. You need to feel comfortable with varying pace and occasional quieter moments.
About the Role
As a personal assistant, you become an important part of the client's daily life. Your task is to create a sense of security, provide support with all daily activities, and contribute to a calm and predictable environment.
Work duties include, among other things:
Personal care and support with Activities of Daily Living
Following and establishing clear daily routines
Support with activities and leisure time
Contributing to a secure and structured daily life
Collaboration with colleague during all day shifts
The client can sometimes become overstimulated, which may show as anxiety. In these situations, it is important that you work with a calm and low-key approach. Clear routines and a secure manner help the client return to calm. Classical music, nature, and horses are things the client enjoys and that can contribute to well-being.
You will receive thorough introduction and ongoing support so you feel secure in your role.
