Your Assignment
As a personal assistant in Nacka Municipality, you support your client in living as independently and self-determined a life as possible, based on their individual needs, interests, and circumstances. Your work tasks are varied and may include personal care and hygiene, assistance with daily chores, activities, and contributing to a safe, meaningful, and stimulating daily life.
You work primarily at one client's home. Working hours vary depending on the client's needs and may be scheduled during day, evening, weekend, or night shifts. Some documentation is required. As a temporary substitute, you work based on operational needs and your availability. Of course, you'll receive an introduction before you start working.
Your Experience
To be considered for this position, you need to:
be at least 18 years old
have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
have good physical ability
It is advantageous if you have:
experience working in care and support, personal assistance, or children and leisure services
completed or ongoing education in care and support or a children and leisure program with a pedagogical or social focus
B-class driver's license
documentation and computer skills

About Us
Care & Assistance Services is a municipal operation working on assignment from the Social Services and the Social Insurance Agency in Nacka. We provide support and services to adults, children, and young people with disabilities according to LSS and SoL.
