We are currently looking for someone who wants to become part of our great team and work as a personal assistant for our male client in Karlskrona. What does this position involve? As a personal assistant, you will provide support in the client's daily life. Work takes place in the client's home and in connection with activities outside the home. The client has 24-hour support with single staffing (active time) that will be divided into 2-3 work shifts per day. The work includes, among other things: Assistance with personal care Support at home and with household tasks Accompanying the client on activities and errands The work may involve day, evening, and weekend shifts. We would like you to: Be responsible, reliable, and attentive Have a genuine interest in working with people Have good collaboration skills Speak and understand Swedish well Preferably have experience in personal assistance or care/support work (desirable but not required) Have a respectful and professional demeanor Be able to work independently while also following routines Be flexible and solution-oriented Other Information Employment Type: Fixed-term contract Work Hours: Day/Evening/Night Start Date: By agreement We apply individual salary settings and have a collective agreement.
