Do you want to work as a personal assistant and add a touch of gold to people's lives? Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique and your work tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant places high demands on your ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. Your tasks include being a personal assistant at daily activities and helping with horseback riding once a week. At the riding sessions, there is double assistance. It also includes participating in educational meals with the client during your work shift. Other activities that may occur are swimming in the pool and gym training. The client's main interests are film, music, cooking, and animals. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: The current employment form is hourly temporary work, which means working in place of regular staff during their absence.
