We are now seeking personal assistants for a woman in her 20s with a wonderful personality who lives on Hammarö.
About the Position
As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her life. She has autism, epilepsy, and intellectual disability and needs support and help with her daily life.
The work involves both being present and creating security, and encouraging activity and participation. You help her with structure and guidance, as well as personal care and other basic needs.
For her to feel good, you need to be clear, calm, and reassuring in your approach. It is important that you can read situations, be attentive to her needs, and maintain a calm and reassuring manner even in potentially challenging situations.
She enjoys being active, and physical activity in the form of walks should be a natural part of her day. Therefore, we are looking for someone who themselves appreciates movement and activity and who enjoys taking initiative to find things to do together.
Work Hours and Position
Currently, we are seeking a position at approximately 70% distributed across weekdays, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Who Are We Looking For?
For us, personal chemistry is very important. We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, responsible, and engaged, and who has the ability to be both clear and empathetic.
The customer requests a female assistant. We would like to see that you have experience with autism and epilepsy, as well as experience working in personal assistance or similar services. You need to have a driver's license, enjoy being active, and communicate well in Swedish.
What We Offer
At God Assistans, we want you as a personal assistant to feel comfortable and do well. We have collective agreements and offer wellness benefits of up to 4,000 kronor/year.
