Are you a confident and engaged person who enjoys working closely with another person? Are you responsible, attentive, and skilled at creating calm and structure? Then you might be who we're looking for! We are now seeking personal assistants for a woman in her 20s with a wonderful personality who lives in Hammarö. About the Role As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her life. She has autism, epilepsy, and intellectual disability and needs support and help with her daily living. The work involves being present and creating security as well as encouraging activity and participation. You will help her with structure and guidance, as well as personal care and other basic needs. For her to feel well, you need to be clear, calm, and secure in your approach. It is important that you can read situations, be attentive to her needs, and maintain a calm and reassuring manner even in potentially challenging situations. She enjoys being active, and physical activity in the form of walks should be a natural part of her day. Therefore, we are looking for someone who appreciates movement and activity themselves and who enjoys taking initiative to do things together. Working Hours and Position Currently, we are looking for someone who can work every other weekend (alternating weeks). In the future, the position may expand as she moves into her own home. Then work will also become relevant on weekdays, evenings, nights, and weekends. This could be a great opportunity if you want to start the assignment now and potentially work more over time. Who Are We Looking For? Personal chemistry is very important to us. We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, responsible, and engaged, with the ability to be both clear and empathetic. The client prefers a female assistant. We would like you to have experience with autism and epilepsy, as well as experience in personal assistance or similar work. You need a driver's license, enjoy being active, and communicate well in Swedish. What We Offer At Good Assistance, we also want you as a personal assistant to thrive and feel well.
