Here in Personal Support, we work with the user in focus. About the Position As a personal assistant, you will support a person in daily life, around the clock. The position is with a 30-year-old woman living in central Sundbyberg. Your responsibilities are to provide support in the home and during her leisure time, and to offer assistance based on her specific needs. We want you to have experience in the field of personal assistance and have knowledge of and experience with spinal cord injuries, proper ergonomic work, knowledge of lifting techniques, and various mobility aids. You can communicate in Swedish and have good interpersonal skills. You are attentive and can adapt to the person's wishes, as she controls her own life. The user prefers female staff. We place great importance on your personal qualities. There is a desire for a stable work team that together can help make everyday life as good as possible. You should have the ability to work on-call shifts. The user wishes to be involved in the recruitment process. As an employer, we make an initial selection that is then matched with the woman's needs and preferences. The position is a limited-term employment on a full-time and/or part-time basis (hourly employment). Start date is expected as soon as possible. Application deadline: September 23, 2026.
