Personal Assistants Needed for Man with ALS in Segeltorp We are now seeking several committed and attentive personal assistants for a man who lives in Segeltorp with his wife. He was recently diagnosed with ALS and is in an early stage of the disease. He still retains many of his functions and is actively working to maintain his independence and abilities for as long as possible. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life. Your role is to provide support where needed while encouraging and enabling an active and independent life based on the user's own circumstances and wishes. The work requires you to be attentive, responsible, and have a respectful approach. We are currently seeking 3–4 personal assistants with immediate start. Recruitment is ongoing and as the user's needs change, we will shortly be recruiting additional assistants. We are looking for you if you: Speak and write Swedish fluently. Are secure, empathetic, and responsible. Have a genuine interest in working with people and creating good conditions for a meaningful daily life. Have good collaboration skills and can work independently. It is a merit if you have previous experience in personal assistance or working with people with neurological diseases.
