Personal Assistants Needed for Man with ALS in Segeltorp We are now seeking several engaged and attentive personal assistants for a man who lives in Segeltorp with his wife. He was recently diagnosed with ALS and is in an early stage of the disease. He still has many of his functions intact and is actively working to maintain his independence and abilities for as long as possible. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life. Your role is to provide support where needed while encouraging and enabling an active and independent life based on the user's own circumstances and wishes. The work requires you to be attentive, responsible, and respectful in your approach. We are currently seeking 3–4 personal assistants with immediate start. Recruitment is ongoing, and as the user's needs change, we will shortly also be recruiting additional assistants. We are looking for you who: Speak and write fluent Swedish. Are secure, empathetic, and take responsibility. Have a genuine interest in working with people and creating good conditions for a meaningful daily life. Have good collaboration skills and can work independently. It is advantageous if you have previous experience with personal assistance or work with people with neurological diseases.
