Särnmark Assistans is now seeking personal assistants for several customers throughout Stockholm County.
About the Job
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability and provide the support needed for the customer to live an independent life on their own terms.
The work is always based on the customer's individual needs and wishes. Work tasks may include:
personal care and hygiene
mobility assistance
cooking and household chores
training and activities
social support and companionship
No two customers are alike, which makes the work both varied and developmental.

are responsible, attentive, and have a genuine interest in people. You find it easy to collaborate, are confident in yourself, and can adapt to different situations.
Experience in personal assistance is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
At Särnmark, you will receive introduction with the customer and training in your role as a personal assistant.
About the Employment
We offer full-time, part-time, and hourly positions. Working hours vary depending on the customer and may be scheduled during day, evening, night, and weekends.
Salary and other employment terms according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance (Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal).
