We are now seeking several personal assistants for a 28-year-old man living just outside Uppsala. The positions we are recruiting for include both fixed schedules and temporary work. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life. You will work closely with him in his home and in various activities, always with respect for his integrity, self-determination, and personal wishes. He uses a wheelchair and needs support with his daily living. This is a varied and meaningful role where you truly make a difference. Job Duties The work may include: Personal care and support with daily routines Mobility assistance and practical support at home Household tasks, cooking, and shopping Accompanying him on activities and errands Driving his car for various activities (driver's license is a requirement) Providing safe, present, and respectful support in daily life Work Hours Assistance is available 24/7 and includes: Day shifts Night shifts with on-call duty (sleeping on-site) during part of the night We Are Looking for You If You Have a driver's license (required) and are comfortable driving Do not have pet allergies (animals are present in the home) Are attentive, responsible, and confident in yourself Have a respectful approach and good understanding of integrity Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Previous experience in personal assistance or care and nursing is a plus, but personal suitability and good chemistry are decisive. Other Information A criminal record check is required before employment. We are seeking both permanent staff and temporary workers.
