We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Malmö, Umeå, Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are now looking for female personal assistants for an active young woman with Down syndrome in Hjärup who has a significant need for practical and motivating support in her daily life. About the Position: As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in all aspects of daily life. The work includes personal care, meal preparation, and all household tasks. You will also accompany and participate in various activities such as swimming, bowling, dancing, exercise, and other leisure activities. The work requires that you are engaged, flexible, responsible, and have the ability to motivate and support while respecting the individual's independence and integrity. Work Schedule: Afternoons and evenings Monday–Friday Day and evening shifts on weekends A couple of night shifts per week with on-call time We Are Looking for Someone Who: Is a woman Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Is secure, attentive, and responsible Has a positive attitude and good collaboration skills Enjoys being active and participating in different activities Can work independently and take own initiative Personal suitability is given great weight.
