About the work · Support with daily routines, personal care and communication. · Help creating a safe, calm and predictable environment. · Accompany and support during activities, walks and outdoor time. · Work based on individual routines, clear structure and low-key interaction. · Collaborate with colleagues and close ones to provide the best possible support. She requires assistance around the clock and at certain times also dual assistance. Working hours can therefore be scheduled during day, evening, night and weekends according to a schedule. Both permanent positions and temporary work can become relevant. We are looking for someone who · Is confident, attentive and responsible. · Has a genuine interest in working with people. · Can be calm, clear and flexible in your approach. · Has the ability to read situations and adapt support as needed. · Enjoys being outdoors and participating in activities. · Can work both independently and together with colleagues during dual assistance. Experience with autism, clarifying pedagogy, low-key interaction or previous work as a personal assistant is a merit, but personal suitability and the right approach are most important.
