Right now, I, Philip, am looking for you to work as my personal assistant!
Starting in October, my fantastic assistant team needs to grow, and therefore I am looking for two new assistants who want to work awake night shifts with me.
About the positions
I am looking for two people who want to work awake night shifts. It is important that you enjoy nightwork and can stay awake during the entire work period.
We work according to a rolling two-week schedule.
Position 1 – 75%
Week 1
● Wednesday–Thursday 22.00-07.15
● Thursday–Friday 22.00-07.15
● Friday–Saturday 22.00-08.00
● Saturday–Sunday 22.00-08.00
Week 2
● Wednesday–Thursday 22.00-07.15

Position 2 – 30%

For both positions, I would appreciate it if you are flexible and willing to fill in for extra shifts when needed. This could include both night shifts and work periods on weekdays or weekends. I always need to have someone with me.
Who am I?
My name is Philip and I'm a happy 7-year-old boy. I live with my mom, dad, little brother, and little sister just outside Simrishamn.
I need a personal assistant because I have cerebral palsy and epilepsy, which means I need monitoring around the clock. Due to my brain injury, I cannot use the left side of my body. I train every day to improve my stability and balance, and I need help with that.
I can say, among other things, "hi," "mom," and "dad." Otherwise, I communicate by nodding or shaking my head, as well as with some signs. I also need help with meals, getting dressed and undressed, showering, diaper changes, and of course, play and fun.
In my free time, I love reading books, singing, swimming, and walking in my walker. Music is also a big interest. I'm a happy boy, but also stubborn and determined, and I usually know what I want.
Who am I looking for?
For me, it doesn't matter if you are a woman or a man, or how old you are. What's most important is that we get along, that you have a positive attitude, and that you want to get to know me and become part of my everyday life.
Previous experience in personal assistance or care is desirable, but not required. What's most important is that you are engaged and want to learn. You will receive a thorough introduction and work alongside my experienced assistants, who will teach you my routines and how I like things.
