Personal Care Attendant – Join us in building a new team on the High Coast! We are now seeking 2–3 personal care attendants for a brand new assistant team. Our client is moving to the beautiful High Coast region, just south of Örnsköldsvik. We are looking for 2–3 personal care attendants who want to be part of the team from day one. Since the team is being built from the ground up, you'll have the opportunity to influence work methods, routines, and team culture from the start. We're seeking attendants who want to grow in their role and profession. About the Client The client lives with significant pain issues that vary from day to day. Some days require substantial support, while other days the client is considerably more independent. The client enjoys an active lifestyle and loves spending time in nature, woodworking, chopping wood, going on outings, and listening to music. The work involves providing support based on the client's daily condition and contributing to a safe and meaningful everyday life. Who Are We Looking For? • Reliable and responsible • Positive and attentive • Humble and flexible • Able to work both independently and as part of a team • Enjoys working closely with people Experience in personal care or healthcare is a plus but not required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
