We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the customer. For this position, you must have: The ability to submit a certificate from the criminal record register (required as the customers are under 18 years old). Tolerance of pets (a dog lives in the home). Good knowledge of Swedish. For this position, it is advantageous if you have: Experience working with children/teenagers. Experience with tube feeding. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary We are looking for someone interested in a position at approximately 55%, with working hours mainly scheduled for afternoons and evenings on weekdays. On weekends and school breaks, shifts during daytime hours may also occur, and nights with on-call/sleeping duty may be included in the schedule. The employment form is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts." Before the position starts, you will undergo paid introduction/onboarding. During the onboarding period, you will receive a contract for a "fixed-term hourly position" with a set end date.
