We are seeking assistants for one of our clients where personal chemistry is essential for potential employment. No special qualifications or medical experience is required. We require a criminal records clearance. Description from the client: I am a happy and social 59-year-old woman who needs assistants. I live in Majorna and have a separate household partner. I have a congenital CP injury and use a wheelchair. I direct and communicate myself what assistance I need. I am a positive and active person within volunteer organizations. I live a very active life and am often out in the city, at various events, or visiting family and friends. You are my extended arm and help me with my daily activities such as personal hygiene, transfers with a lift, moving my arms, for example onto a table, massaging my hands when they become numb. Since I have a hearing impairment, it is important that you speak Swedish and are good at articulating with your lips because I need to read your lips to understand what you are saying. Due to my nerve damage in my hands and arms, you need to help me note things in my calendar and primarily write text messages, and therefore it is important that you are good at spelling clear Swedish. In my free time, I am active in volunteer organizations, so it may happen that you start and end your work shift in places other than my home. I am looking primarily for female assistants between the ages of 30-50. Working hours are Day 08-15 or 15-21, Night 21-08, sleeping on-call is included in the work. Currently looking for substitutes who can consider working hourly shifts. Opportunities for fixed schedule positions and/or more extensive summer substitute work in the future are significant.
