About the Role As a Personal Trainer with us, you are passionate about helping your clients develop and reach their goals. You work on a per-session compensation basis and have great freedom to independently set your working hours. The role includes: Help clients reach their goals: You plan, program, and deliver customized personal training sessions based on knowledge, training enjoyment, and personal commitment. Actively build your client base: You have great freedom in how you build your client circle. You can offer your services to our members on-site and through PT consultations, but you also have good opportunities to recruit your own clients externally. Spread a positive atmosphere: With friendly service, an attentive approach, and a smile on your face, you create a safe and motivating environment for your PT clients and everyone in the gym. Of course, we are here to support you by forwarding inquiries from the gym, promoting you through our channels, and providing you with the right tools to succeed. Qualifications and Profile Licensed Personal Trainer with at least one year of professional experience. Love training and development: You have a genuine interest in training and thrive when helping others succeed – and an extra bonus if you are passionate about free weight and barbell training. Driven and engaged: You are confident in your role, have your own drive to acquire clients (both at the gym and externally), and approach your clients with a positive and encouraging attitude. Communicative and friendly: You are a good listener who easily builds trust, establishes long-term relationships, and adapts your teaching approach to the individual. What Do We Offer?
