As a personal trainer, you have great freedom to plan and develop your work while helping our members create sustainable results. This position is based at our facility in Kristinehamn. As a Personal Trainer and sales receptionist, you'll have varied and developmental work where our members are always the focus. You'll coach and motivate clients based on their individual goals, sell personal training programs and memberships, and work at the reception providing our members with professional and warm service. With us, you'll have the opportunity to build your own client base and create long-term relationships with your clients. We're looking for someone who wants to develop alongside us and help make Premium Hälsan the obvious choice for fitness and health. What we're looking for You have a valid PT license. You're passionate about fitness, health, and people. You're service-oriented and enjoy creating good customer relationships. You're motivated by working toward both individual and team sales goals. You're self-driven, responsible, and take initiative. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. It's a plus if you have experience in sales, group training, or working in the gym and wellness industry. You can work daytime, evenings, and every other weekend.
