About the Position We are looking for someone with a technical background who thrives in a role where service and repair of light commercial vehicles, quality, and responsibility are at the center. You are engaged and appreciate both customer contact and collaboration, while taking great personal responsibility in your work. We are looking for you who have: Automotive technical education at gymnasium level plus at least five years of workshop experience Class B driver's license Service-oriented, with a professional and friendly approach to customers and colleagues Thorough, structured, and quality-conscious in your work approach Accustomed to taking responsibility and working independently Good communication skills both verbally and in writing A team player who sees continuous professional development as a natural part of the role It is meritorious if you have experience with Renault and their systems as well as experience with Tacdis Job Responsibilities Manage the customer throughout the entire process, from scheduling to completed vehicle Perform service and repair work on Renault light commercial vehicles (light trucks) Work primarily with business customers Troubleshooting and diagnostics using advanced tools and systems Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction in every assignment Employment Type, Scope, and Location The position is permanent with an initial probationary period, full-time, located at Bilmånsson in Ystad.
