Working with me involves 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duties. I attend daily activities every day with my assistant. I will be moving to my own accommodation soon. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work independently, but also to function well in a group. It's a big advantage if you're somewhat resourceful and active, but can still respect that I sometimes want to take it easy and, for example, listen to music or watch a film. Only female applicants, as the role includes personal care tasks. The right personality is more important than having experience or formal healthcare training. The most important thing is that we get along well. However, experience in personal assistance or healthcare is a merit.
