Personal Assistant – Temporary/Substitute Staff Needed for a Warm and Kind Woman in Hässleholm

We are looking for someone who wants to make a real difference and takes their work seriously. Right now we are seeking temporary/substitute staff who can step in as needed, for example during illness, vacation, and other occasions when regular staff are absent.
You will work for a calm, thoughtful, and warm woman who lives with a tracheostomy. She loves music, appreciates life's small moments, and shares her home with a cat. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of creating stability, security, and quality of life in her daily routine.
About the Work
You will support her with:
• Personal care
• Tracheostomy care and respiratory support
• Communication and reassuring presence in the home
• Daily activities, routines, and moments of joy – often accompanied by music
The most important thing is that you have a calm and reassuring manner, are present, and are comfortable working closely with another person. Since there is a cat in the home, you need to be able to work in an environment where a cat is present.

Meritorious Qualifications
• Experience in personal assistance, home care, or healthcare
• Knowledge or experience with tracheostomy
• Flexibility and ability to step in as needed
You will receive thorough introduction and support so you can feel secure in the work.
Working Hours for Temporary Staff
• Long day shift: 09:00–21:30
• Short day shift: 07:00–14:00
• Awake night, weekdays: 21:00–07:00
• Awake night, weekends: 21:00–09:00
As a temporary staff member, you work as needed. This works well if you have the flexibility and want to work extra when needed arises.
Location
Hässleholm. The residence is approximately 20 minutes' walk from Hässleholm Central Station and approximately 7 minutes by bus.
